What are the legislations which affect red fox rehabilitation?
I am doing some college work but really struggling finding out about the laws surrounding rehabilitating red foxes so any help will be greatly appreciated!!
For example do they need to be released within a certain distance of where they were found?

You could try contacting your local RSPCA, as they are sometimes involved in the treatment and releasing of red foxes. They are considered vermin by many people, so releasing them is only allowed in certain sites. It is an offense to release a fox back into the wild without permission from the local council or landowner.
